Extract from the Spa Ardennes Challenge Regulations
Eligible Cars
Classic cars, GT's, Touring and Saloon cars built between the ‘50s and end of the ‘70s, and historic cars of special interest as well as invited cars.
Cars and drivers must comply with RACB mandatory safety equipment.
HTP welcome, not mandatory.
Race Format
Qualifying : 30 minutes
Race 1 : 40 minutes
Race 2 : 40 minutes
The 2 races shall be on a rolling start.
Starting order for race #2 is finishing position of race 1.
Non finishers of race 1 start back of grid for race 2.
Compulsory 1 minute pit stop, including refuelling and/or driver change
Driver
Optional 1 or 2 drivers
National A licence or above
Tyres
Make and model are free. Cars may be merged in a specific class according to the use of treaded tyres or slick tyres.
Noise
Open exhausts are not acceptable, all cars must run silenced. The maximum sound level allowed on the track per car is 107 dB, measured at 15m from the centreline of the track.
